Position Available: Assistant Store Manager
Status: Full-Time
Location: Aspen, CO

Job Description:
To assist in managing the sales, rentals, staff, operational and merchandising functions of the store to attain maximum profitability, productivity, and a world-class guest experience.

Job Responsibilities:
• Generate sales, demonstrate and maintain a professional standard of guest service
• Assist Store Manager in maintaining an enthusiastic and professional standard of guest service
• Provide training resources for employees in POS, product knowledge, guest service, and sales
• Administer company policies and guidelines
• Assist Store Manager in communicating company values and goals to the employees
• Assist Store Manager in monitoring and controlling a daily payroll budget
• Maintain merchandising and cleanliness standards
• Manage inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goals
• Enforce company cash handling and other Loss Prevention policies and procedures
• Recruit and assist in training and maintaining a quality core staff
• Remain current on new industry products and trends; demonstrate knowledge of products
• Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques
• Maintain all company paperwork according to policies and standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• High school diploma of equivalent - Required
• 1 year of retail experience - Required
• 1 year of supervisory experience - Required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Required
• English fluency - Required
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal - Required
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task - Required
• For All Mountain operations snowsports background - Required
• Experience in Rental industry - Preferred
• Familiarity with rental and retail POS systems - Preferred

Position Available: Administrative Assistant
Status: Full-Time
Location: Aspen, CO

The Administrative Assistant will assist the Regional Manager/Director of Operations with administrative duties to help in the operations of the region.

• Liaison between Regional Managers, Store Managers, corporate office, and staff
• Schedule, coordinate, and keep records of management meetings
• Track and submit bi-weekly payroll for administrative staff
• Handle employee paperwork and assist with issues among employees and corporate office
• Represent the company at SSV-sponsored events and committee meetings
• Maintain good working relationships with all departments of the resort
• Maintain files of company forms and procedures
• Send faxes and other correspondence; order and track office supplies and other materials
• Track benefits and vacation for all regional, year-round employees
• Prepare classified advertising for local media
• Plan regional events (employee training, employee appreciation, and special events)
• Help stores as a Sales Associate or Manager on Duty when needed
• Assist and support other administrative staff as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Should have experience in the retail field; snowsports background a definite plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• English fluency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
